Seminar and Graduation Works
At the Chair of Organization, we offer students help and guidance with tackling academic papers. Students can either suggest their own ideas for topics or they can choose from our suggestions. If you are interested, please consult Stella Simons.
Information about scientific works
For students who intend to write a Bachelor's or Master's thesis, once-only attendance of the class "Einführung in das wissenschaftliche Arbeiten" (Introduction to academic writing) is mandatory. With regard to seminar papers, however, attendance is voluntary. The seminar is targeted at students who are writing their final thesis or seminar paper at the Chair of Organization or the Chair of HRM and Personnel Economics.
